Unfortunately the weather wiped out all the club sessions and everybody else's plans last week!

We plan to restart tomorrow providing there is no major snowfall overnight.  Please check website tomorrow morning for confirmation.

WIRELESS SCORING SYSTEM

The BridgePads trial will take place on Thursday and Friday.   There are only enough units for 7 tables so the sessions may need to be split into sections depending on numbers.  Arrive early if you want to be on a table with BridgePad.

This Friday was due to be a Practice day so there will be both a 'practice' section and a duplicate section.  You can choose which you want to play in but arrive early if you want to be on a table with BridgePad!

AN MBE AMONG US!

Congratulations to Arthur Birkby on receiving an MBE in the New Year's Honour list.  From the Woking News and Mail....

'Arthur received an MBE for his services to the community in Runnymede.  Alongside his role as the chairman of the Runnymede Association of Voluntary Services, Arthur is also involved with the Good Neighbour Scheme and Dial-a-Ride'.

Great news Arthur and we look forward to hearing about your visit to the Palace!

The start of both the Monday and Tuesday classes were postponed for a week so Monday am, pm and Tuesday am class start next week.
